Auction preview Thursday March 7th 9 - 4pm. Friday March 8th 9 - 4pm.
Auction to be held rain or shine - indoor bidding.
Preview also the Day of Auction from 8:00am - 9:00am

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS. PLEASE REVIEW THE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION.

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD ON A BILL OF SALE NAMING THE BUYER. BILL OF SALE WILL GET THE BUYER A TITLE IN NEW YORK STATEThe BILL OF SALE is NOT TRANSFERABLE. There is a fee of $20 for a replacement Bill of Sale should Buyer lose the original. 

IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUFFOLK COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO LIST OR NOTIFY THE BUYER OF ANY EXISTING LIENS THAT MAY BE LISTED ON THE TITLE YOU RECEIVE FROM NYS DMV. ALL PREVIOUS OWNERS AND LIENHOLDERS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED AND GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CLAIM THEIR VEHICLE WHERE APPLICABLE.

BUYERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENTS IN OTHER STATES MAY HAVE DIFFERENT RULES FOR TITLING A VEHICLE. IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THE AUCTION BILL OF SALE IS ACCEPTABLE IN ANOTHER STATE AS NO OTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF SALE.
