Man Arrested for Selling Vape Products to Underage Person

September 6, 2025 at approximately 3 p.m.

Suffolk County Police today arrested a man for selling flavored vape products to an underage person in North Babylon.

In response to community complaints, First Precinct Investigative Unit officers, in conjunction with Community Support Units, Anti-Crime and First Precinct Patrol officers, conducted an investigation into Milk N’ Things, located at 1287A Deer Park Ave., and arrested an employee at approximately 3 p.m.

Chinu Nln, 21, of Levittown, was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 2nd Degree and Selling a Flavored Vape Product to Someone Under the Age of 21 Years Old. Numerous vape products were seized from the business.

Nln was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
