Three People Arrested During Massage Parlor Raid

Suffolk County Police today arrested three people during a massage parlor raid in Mastic.

In response to numerous community complaints, Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers conducted an investigation into D&J Spa, located at 1360 Montauk Highway, and arrested three employees.

XinXin Yan, 42, of Flushing, and Yifan Xu, 27, of Flushing, were both charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, a felony, and Prostitution, a misdemeanor. Dongli Chen, 49, of College Point, was charged with Criminal Nuisance 2nd Degree.   

Yan and Xu were issued Desk Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date. Chen was issued a Field Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
