Sixth Precinct

The 6th Precinct protects and serves several hamlets and incorporated villages within the Town of Brookhaven (North). We do this by immediately responding to emergency calls (911) and non-emergency calls (852-COPS). In addition, we collaborate with numerous community and civic groups within our precinct through our COPE Unit, Community Liaison Officer, and our monthly community meetings (see contact information and schedule below). If you would like to be kept informed about our meetings and/or events, sign up to receive e-mails or text messages through “Nixle” (link below) or follow us on “Twitter.” Through this community-oriented/law enforcement approach we seek to maintain the safety and quality of life of our residents. Please feel free to contact our COPE office (854-8689) if you have any questions or concerns.
